2nd Weekend in March (7th, 8th & 9th) we will be hosting Professor Alain Pozo (Head coach of ZR Team UK), coach to some of the best athletes in Europe, along with Alain we will also have ADCC Vet! Taylor Pearman and European Silver Medalist Jean Luca Maltese!

Over the course of the three days each coach will run a session and along with these sessions the itinerary for the weekend is as follows:

Friday: Seminar then pint & pizza at the Sunflower

Saturday: Mountain Hike in the morning, then seminar at mid day and dinner that night

Sunday: Morning dip in the sea followed by coffee at Established coffee before the seminar at mid day

We will set up a whatsapp group to work out numbers for the various activities planned and to help with getting around (arranging lifts and the like).
